It Only Takes Seconds To
Get Started . . .
There are many thoughts on the number of slides that should be in a presentation. The number of slides should not determine the slide presentation but rather the duration of talk time of the presentation speech.
A presentation typically has 1 slide every 30 seconds to a minute depending on the content of the presentation.
There is no hard and fast rule. Its what works best for you, your presentation style and your audience.
We recommend that all presentations be created in Microsoft PowerPoint as virtually all businesses use Microsoft Office
We work with all software platforms, so we can create your presentation in your presentation software of choice; PowerPoint, Google Slides, KeyNote and Prezi
Coined by Guy Kawasaki, one of the early Apple employees he had experience giving presentations to captivate audiences, and concluded that the 10/20/30 is a successful formula to follow.
He believes it’s challenging to comprehend more than ten concepts or ideas during a presentation.
Kawasaki acknowledges that presentation time slots can often be longer than 20 minutes, but finishing at the 20-minute mark leaves time for valuable discussion and Q&A.
Text needs to be big and bold. 30pt text is ideal. By using large text size it's easier to read and limits "read along" text in the slides.
NOTE: Guy’s 10/20/30 slide decks are clearly structured as a pitch presentation format for investors.
Designing a presentation is based on a variable scale. We look at the number of slides required in the presentation, the speed in which the presentation needs to be completed; next day slide presentation is more expensive than a presentation needed next week. The third part of this variable is the complexity of the information on the slides.
A typical quick slide presentation created by one of our professional designers consisting of 20 slides delivered in 5 days would be $580. Now if you need the exact same presentation delivered for 9:00am tomorrow morning the price for a next day 20 slide presentation would be $1,380.
When you place your initial order you will enter your credit card. We will authorize your card for the amount of the order. This is only a temporary hold of the funds on your card.
Since presentation design is a custom service we ask for your approval every step of the way.
By working in this manner there are no surprises as you have approved the colors, design, content. When we present you the final set of slides, we understand you may have a few minor revisions and we are going to make revisions at no cost so you are happy.
Only once you approve the completed presentation we will process your card and provide you the completed presentation with all the assets.
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we'll make the changes you need until you are.
We'll take your notes, outlines, photos of whiteboards and turn it into a story that will captivate your audience and leave them wanting more.
We take your docs and slide outline and, with the other material you provide, create a killer powerpoint presentation.
We make sure all the content is presented in an engaging and visually appealing way. We also add transitions and animations to keep your audience's attention.
